1. an efficient product develop group----Keep on developing new products based on ebay research data, to choose most popolar and good profit products, to choose the suitable producer, make sure packing and quality suitable for mail sales. We have experts good at data research, and products develope for wooden products, plastic products, metal products and textile products, etc.
 
2. strict QC group---we have QC staff which are speciallized in different products, all goods shipped out will be inspected first based on AQL 2 / GB standard, there will be product picture, loading picture, inspect report for all shipment, which will make sure the quality is good
 
3. online data exchanging---we use a software which can exchange data with customer, so for buyer they can know quickly by online checking for order process, stock control, by this way, we can work together to control stock only for 2 weeks or 1 month(depense on customer's need), so to keep business running smoothly, with enough by not too much stock
 
4. after sales service---we'd follow all the feedback for our goods(we have staff who can speak good German language), to know how about our product sales, to know if there is any quality complain or parts missing complain, then we'd improve it quickly for the new shipment.
